  1. Hi @Ktln, which cruise are you talking about? Some more details about the cruise line and ship would help.
  2. Hi @BethAnn, Which cruise are you asking about?
  3. Hey @Jim White, I'm guessing a letter related to your Royal Caribbean cruise? Let's just hope the cruise lines drop the testing requirements in the coming months.
  4. Hey @Tanda156, thanks so much for posting about your cruise on the Carnival Panorama. It certainly is interesting to know how it was onboard. They do usually have sanitation stand by the elevators, sop very surprised about that! Get ready for increased prices, the cruise line's need to make up for that 2020 and half of 2021 with no cruising! I wonder why the ship was lacking in entertainment? Possibly crew shortages. Maybe someone else who has also cruise on Panorama can share their experience as could just be your sailing. By the way, what was your sail date?
  5. According to the Carnival protocols, there is no testing at the terminal in Seattle. The best Way would be through the home test kit, but if time is limited maybe something like CVS could be a good option. Another options would through Quest Diagnostics.
  6. Great response @maryred and thanks for helping @MamaJslice. Do keep checking this section on the Carnival protocols page, they are updating it more often these days!
  7. They didn't provide any details about it. It could have been weather related, so who knows!
  8. A lot of hotels will store luggage for you, and if they don't there are services that offer this. This could help you out for hotels: https://www.cruisehive.com/ideal-hotels-near-tampa-cruise-port/33237

You can enroll here, along with all the details you need to know: Port Valet - Enjoy Seattle Luggage Free! | Port of Seattle (portseattle.org)
  11. A tricky one that. Maybe someone else knows about this! I would also try calling the cruise line as it's their tour, I'm sure there is a way.
  12. Just get in touch with Celebrity Cruises about this. The details here might help you out: Travel Requirements for US Cruises | Celebrity Cruises
  13. Hey @Connie kinard, that was way too early! You should double check with Carnival to make sure.
  14. Hey @Coach_Chris, does look like you have to be vaccinated with an approved vaccine as it lists here: https://www.royalcaribbean.com/faq/questions/what-vaccines-are-accepted.
  15. The Celebrity Solstice is a newer vessel, so you should have more options and things to do during the cruise.
  16. Sounds very confusing indeed. Often, the apps and website are late when it comes to updates. Check your email too as you might have received an update.
  17. If you have an issue with a purchase onboard, you will have to deal with the company that owns the shops, which is not Carnival. Depending on the ship, you need to contact Starboard Cruise Services or Harding Retail.
  18. I guess it depends where you purchased it from. You would have to find out the place where you purchased and contact them. I'm sure they have social media. Hope you manage to track it down.
  19. Hi @Ed Akerman, how about ordering the home test kit, should be enough time to do that and time to order.
  20. Hi @Telf, the situation in Labadee seem to be resolved. Royal Caribbean cruise ships have already started visiting the destination with no issues, so you should be all good. Just book through the cruise line, plenty of things to do!
  21. I would! You get some additional spaces and service, this might help you decide: https://www.cruisehive.com/msc-yacht-club-is-it-worth-it/51396
  22. I would just wait until closer to the time as protocols are changing and gradually easing. Keep checking Royal's protocols too.
  23. I've head a few issues like this with another cruise line too. Never give up is the word I guess! Glad you got your money back in the end! Thanks for posting @Ready2cruise.
  24. That's usually the case when it comes to Royal Caribbean cruise ships shifting from Asia back to the U.S.
  25. Hi @Mrs.T, that's very odd, I haven't heard anything about this happening in St. John. Maybe it's just related to the local situation or that those excursions closed due to the pandemic, they just don't want to go into details about it. I'll keep an eye out for any developments.
