The buffet is always good enough for us. It's standard food, and it's pleasant enough for me and my family to eat. I know people that will turn their noses up to this type of foods, and yet eat things worse in their own homes.

I'd flat out refuse to pay. I'm sorry, I'm not paying for something that there is no need to pay. Gratuity is exactly that, you give money to show your gratuities to a great service. Not to just give it our regardless.

The panic on peoples face when they lose their phones. It has nothing to do with people's obsession with using the phones, it's more to do with that their lives are in the phones with banking, and private data all on there.

@LukeJ I know what you're saying, we have all been there. Go into a chain restaurant and the food will be lovely, however again it will be mass produced and more likely microwave and ready to go. But the cost of that will reflect that type of food as it will be a lot cheaper as if made fresh.

Yes a load of top European destinations that can make your vacation for you. I would also love to go on a river cruise, down somewhere like the Danube if they have cruises on there. It sounds such a magical place the Danube. Bit like a train ride on the Orient express. Just sounds amazing.

Some people are not morning people, including me, and the last thing I would think about is getting ready all tidy and perfect. Takes a good few hours and even then, I'm a jump in shower and quickly get dressed and out. I have family members however that take pride in their appearance and spend hours. So it all depends on the person you are I guess.

@LukeJ my friend goes to Australia for several weeks every 5 years to visit family. He states he would love to move there but is too old to do so, but can't say nothing but positive things about the country. Whenever I've looked into it, the whole lifestyle seems much better, better way of life as well as value for money.

It works particularly well to have some sort of a system. Some even pay for the cues and use of table and get their deposit back if it's back in good condition. It gives that little security of getting money back and not picking up a large bill.

I definitely recommend Norway as a destination to visit. The whole experience is wonderful. The country stunning, and I guarantee a fantastic time

If I'm allowed to join in, I would be keen to go to the European Christmas locations like Germany. It looks magical and something I really want to do.

@Kendall James-Vargas I've never heard of that if I'm honest but I would love to be involved. I would like to know if it still continuing as I would book a cruise to get on with that competition.

I love all types of games. It's challenging and fun. I prefer to play rather than watch the sports, and it's much more competitive when you have families involved. I love that type of edge in your sports.

@LukeJ that's a good saying to be fair. I don't have the luxury of that as my wife makes a list for me to follow, but it never gets completed as it keeps getting added to.

Sometimes people celebrate a special occasion onboard, and then they treat themselves that day for the event. Not that I would, but if my wife wanted to have a treatment day of hair, spa onboard, then she's welcome to do that.

Well he did well, after a night of drinking on vacation, I tend to forget where my room is in the hotel and make a nuisance of myself trying to get into the wrong room or sometimes the wrong hotel, so at least it was only the safe he messed up.

Looking at my profile pic, you can see that I do not go to the salon often. I can understand why people want to treat themselves and get ready onboard by having make up and their hair done, but after reading the article, I'm not sure how true her claim really is.

As a teen, I'd always wanted to go to the sun filled destinations. So I'm aware Royal Caribbean do trips to Spain, Portugal and canary islands. I personally have always wanted to go to the Algarve. Such a beautiful place.

Exactly why satellite navigation was designed ha ha. I don't like it when I don't know my way, I get agitated.

Yeah @Bob L that's a good point. I'm not sure I like that idea. Not that it will come to anything, but just the thought of why would you want my D.o.b make a difference to the wi-fi.

Such a shame that this continues to happen. Some people get most of the bad luck, but as @LukeJ stated that people do work hard for their money and also the need to enjoy a break away from the world, so to have that intefeered with, is shocking to be honest.

I guess each to their own. Some people love travelling and spending their hard earned money in doing so. Some like to save which is fine also.

Whether it's the right decision or not, it will be the only decision lol. But saying that, I am looking forward to it very much so happily to go with the flow.
