Connie kinard
I completed the health assessment already and my cruise is not until early September. Is this alright or was it to early. The only thing I have left is to do the vaccination card and of course the check in in August. On my hub app is says the health assessment was completed. Thanks Connie
Emrys
Hey @Connie kinard, that was way too early! You should double check with Carnival to make sure.
contractsmatter
If you have an item available to fill out on the Carnival website, it's fine to fill out as soon as it shows up. You will get more health forms as you near the cruise. Any time you get an email about needing to do something from Carnival, log in and check "My To-Do List." If it's too early to fill out, Carnival won't have it show up for you.

For Carnival there is what amounts to a vaccine survey that pops up immediately upon booking and really should be completed prior to final payment date (or immediately upon booking if after that date), though that's not the full health assessment. The survey does ask if you are fully vaccinated and if you have read the Covid return to service info but not for any details, then tells you additional info will be needed closer to the sail date when doing the full online check-in. If the OP is seeing that the full health assessment is done in the Things to Do sidebar, then yes there is a problem because it's well over 2 weeks (16 days if Platinum, Diamond, or booked to a suite) prior to the sailing date for something tied to the online check-in to even be available to fill out and should contact Carnival IT to see what happened. Jim Haverfield
We keep filling out our health assessment and we are told a few days later that we didn't fill it out. I have had to do this several times. The questions never change. I think there is a problem with this section. Luckily, our Verifly shows that we have answered it. We leave in the morning, so will see what they say. Thanks Connie I don't think it was early. My cruise isn't until October and they've already sent me an email saying to complete it within 48 hours or my cruise could be cancelled. ( I had already filled it out). Memory isn't what it used to be, but I think it was just asking your vaccination status and it's not a pre-cruise how you feeling today, assessment.
