Stryker Posted October 10, 2021 Posted October 10, 2021 At what percent of passenger capacity are carnival ships sailing. I've heard anywhere from 50 to 90 percent. We sailed on Mardi Gras in August and they said it was about 50%. Just wondering if its increased any Quote
Emrys Posted October 11, 2021 Posted October 11, 2021 At the moment, it's not going over 70%. I head that too, with ships sailing way under that capacity. Quote
RaringToGo Posted October 31, 2021 Posted October 31, 2021 I'm uncertain if they're going out light because of their capacity protocols, or if people just aren't booking like prior to COVID? Our September sailing from LGB was 50% full, but as far as I could see they still were taking new bookings up to departure, which makes me think it's lack of interest rather than capacity quotas. Of course September isn't a huge cruise month, so maybe they will have more bookings as we approach icy weather & people trying to escape it. And of course the holidaze =p Quote
