My cruise was cancelled by Jazz cruises and Travelguard Insurance premium lost!! 
The no refund policy by Travel guard is not fair because the cruise customer has no control over charter company that decided to cancel because of recommendation by CDC $ 888.00 I can’t use a insurance voucher for 2023 .. I am not going on another vacation !!

Oh no, so sorry to hear about that @Anita cruiser, these charter cruises are bit more tricky than just a regular cruise. I hope you still decide to cruises in the future once all this over. By the way, which ship was it?
