My cruise was cancelled by Jazz cruises and Travelguard Insurance premium lost!! The no refund policy by Travel guard is not fair because the cruise customer has no control over charter company that decided to cancel because of recommendation by CDC $ 888.00 I can’t use a insurance voucher for 2023 .. I am not going on another vacation !!
