WHere can I find the amount of onboard credit I have? Can't find the link to make sure I am getting all the OBC entitled too...

@Mr.Bill All of this information should be linked to your Carnival Cruise Line account. If you can't find it in your CCL account, I would check your email and see if you can add it to your account for safekeeping. If you previously accrued this credit, you should have it in an email, but if you booked with a package that includes an onboard credit it should be listed in your booking receipt. You could always call the cruise line to verify what cruise credits are associated with your booking number. It's definitely best to do it now before you get on board your cruise.

If you are asking about the stockholder onboard credit, you need to apply for it for each cruise and show your ownership via a brokerage account statement. For more info:

When you cruise, be sure to bring copies of everything.  Sometimes the credits fall off your account.

happened to me on Princess, but I had a copy of the email I received from Princess and they put it back on my account

@SpaceCowboy9 That's absolutely right! Always bring extra documentation for everything just in case anything slips through the cracks. You want to ensure your cruise goes just like you want it to! It's better to over-prepare and set yourself up for success than to be under-prepared and have that backfire.
