Yes

We've been on a couple cruises since the restart including one this month from Galveston. You only need one test, taken within the 2 days prior. For example, if you sail on Saturday you can take the test anytime Thursday, Friday or Saturday as long as the results are back in time.

We did the at home tests, took 20 minutes, very simple. I think the link is on the Carnival website under their safety protocols. The test kits are Abbott BinaxNOW COVID-19 Ag Card Home Test. You log on to the site at the time you want to do the test and they guide you through it while monitoring through video then send you the results which you show at boarding along with your vaccine card.

For the Abbott BinaxNOW that we've taken it takes about 20 minutes for the test (which includes 15 minutes of waiting) and the results were sent immediately by email and to the Navica app that they use. To be clear, this is the at home BUT video monitored test.
