The newest Carnival ship I believe is Carnival Celebration.  She is sailing the Caribbean and Transatlantic.

as to where?  a few more details might help

@Woody14  Right now it says that it is at the Baltic Sea, most likely on a Transatlantic sailing.  The next sailing is on Nov 6, a Transatlantic sailing from London to Miami. After this, it would be a series of Eastern and Western Caribbean sailings from Last week in November and 2023.  Are you planning on sailing Carnival Celebration?

Then you also have Carnival Luminosa, which is new to Carnival  but is originally a Costa Cruises ship. Also a new ship for Carnival out next year is Carnival Jubilee
