We are seeing ports of call, and countries relaxing their Covid testing requirements.  It may not be a good idea at this time to totally forego all destinations that require testing.  I mean you can imagine fewer destinations if Carnival does that.

I call you uninformed. Stocks will not soar. Changing covid protocols don't affect their massive debt load.

Are you aware of how expensive the debt service of Carnival is, which they borrowed to survive the pandemic? Their stocks have tanked and continue to tank because of it. They did what they had to do to survive but the cost was immense. Carnival stock is the last place I’d look to invest. Protocols won’t change any of that.
