John Bradshaw Posted July 8, 2022 Share Posted July 8, 2022 Our cruise was cancelled after Norwegian Sun hit an iceberg we were told in letter from the captain that we will receive a full refund plus a credit for a future cruise, to the value of the price we paid $2249.00 was told today that refund being processed, and a credit will be issued to the value of $1523 , 65% of the original price!…. What are you playing at NCL? tried calling… default message advised to make contact on line…4 attempts rejected…file too big? step up NCL!
