Dorian
I have been on other cruises ship before. And I knew there could be a chance of catching Covid. But never did I believe that NCLs customer service would be so unhelpful. The day we tested, we were all over the ship getting ready to see Spain. Then the news came. (930am give or take a hour)We were told to stay in our room till customer service contacted us. Well were in our room with 2 english channels for 12hrs, we got calls from room service for lunch and dinner. And lets not forget the medical who was trying to sell us $800 pfizer pills. But nothing from customer service till after 9pm and they werent even helpful just rude. Finally after I had to tell them I would go to customer service in person if I got no help. The worst part was when we had to do the walk of shame off the ship and they were spraying us with what was a mix of purifying the air and a disinfect as other passengers watched. I have never been so embarrassed. (And I have kids) We have been trying to get a hold of NCL to rebook our flight home and the hold times have exceeded an hour. Has any one else had these problems 😕? DeanneB
Were you the ship when you tested positive? How many days were you in when you tested positive? Yeah, I am sorry the spraying and misting has to be done the virus will not spread and contaminate the rest.
