The oldest of the Disney Fleet, what is the possible future for Disney Magic; with Disney Wish entering the fleet in July. What going to happen?

On our Disney Magic cruise (May 28 to June 4, 2022. there were numerous workers with "Techno Navi" on their overalls and marked up Ship Blueprints at various locations around the ship. This seemed a bit peculiar as if they were inspecting her for purchase or scrapping...

Disney Wish is coming into service in July. Needing a fresh crew and I think this could stretch Disney Cruise Line to the limit after Disney's purchase of Fox! And stop paying shareholders dividends....

@Dan Heibler I like how your thought process works.  Did you hear this somewhere? Cruise ships that were retired are repurposed for other cruise ship parts.  The Cunard Queen Mary and Queen Elizabeth 2 are now floating restaurants and museums.  These ships has history albeit they are expensive to maintain.
