Our cruise has been canceled twice and now we're scheduled to depart in August.  We received a full refund plus an on board credit for rescheduling instead of canceling the cruise, with the exception of money  paid to our account with a gift card.  After many phone calls and e mails, carnival issued us another gift card refunding the total amount of the card.  So, I used the card again to pay for an excursion on the second rescheduled cruise.  This ship was replaced by another carnival ship, planned excursions transfered to new ship with the exception of the gift card excursion purchase.  Still struggling to collect this refund, any advice on how to recoup gift card dollars?
