PCR testing for UK citizens embarking from Vancouver

Hi

I’m flying to Calgary in September, and sightseeing by coach to Vancouver and then cruising on the Alaskan inner passage. Assuming I will need a negative pcr/antigen test to fly from uk and enter Canada in the first place, will I also need to have a second pcr/antigen test before I can board the cruise ship in Vancouver (as stated on HAL website)?
