Itinerary change, I have insurance, can I cancel reservation?

My parents have a wedding anniversary coming up in September. I purchased a cruise on their behalf along with our family. Due to the craziness surrounding COVID we did buy insurance for the trip.

Earlier today I received an email that the itinerary had changed so that instead of going to Puerto Rico and Dominican Republic, the cruise is going to the Bahamas and DR. We purposely bought this cruise to have my parents go to Puerto Rico. So at this point the cruise will not serve the intended purpose.

Can I just cancel this cruise? If so how do I go about it? When I look at the reservation of course I don't see anything mentioning what to do. How should I best proceed?
