Cayman canceled

I paid 2300 for a 7 day cruise which includes 4 ports leaving feb 19th 2022. I received an email that the caymans was canceled. So instead we are staying 1 extra hour in Cozumel. Why not in the Bahamas on their private island? Smh and another day at sea. What I don’t understand is why we aren’t being given back port fees since we are no longer porting. Also I do believe that the caymans were no longer allowing cruise lines to dock since December. If that’s the case is Norwegian selling cruises knowing we can’t enter?? On top of that not refunding or giving any compensation. 15 days out from the trip so I know it’s not the weather! I’m furious. This is my first time with Norwegian and I’m so disappointed.

Hi @Morningstar, which ship are you booked on? Maye they can't do their private island due to the time it would take and that it could impact the arrival at other ports. Did you call them at all?
