MzCoop2you Posted January 16 Posted January 16 I will be on board Pride celebrating my 50th birthday. I booked this wellin advance so some.friends could join me however none of them have booked. It'll just be me and my husband who tends to just want to lay around on vacation. Now I'm regretting booking this trip. Hopefully I'll meet some nice people on the ship who will help me have some fun 1 1 Quote
Kendall James-Vargas Posted January 17 Posted January 17 @MzCoop2you Happy 50th birthday! Cruising is the best way to celebrate such a momentous occasion. My husband usually prefers to lay around on vacation (although I don't let him), and the best advice I can give is for you to have your own fun! Carnival Pride is a lovely ship with so many amenities to choose from. I also recommend you try all of the free dining options onboard. Your husband still has to eat! From Bluelaguna Cantina to Guys Burger Joint, there are some really delicious dining spots onboard. From casino to life Hasbro entertainment, I believe you will have lots of fun on this itinerary. Attend some of the meet-ups and take a dance class if you choose. Your birthday onboard Carnival Pride will be grand. Quote
3Sisters Posted January 26 Posted January 26 @MzCoop2you Cruising for your birthday is the way to celebrate! It's a bummer your friends ditched on the fun because you will be having a whole lot of it. I wouldn't regret a cruise experience. I know you can make this cruise truly unforgettable if you book the right excursions and explore all the ship has to offer. What are some of your favorite things to do onboard? From thermal suites to the casino, I know you will be able to enjoy this cruise even if your husband doesn't tag along for most of it. Which ports will you be visiting? You should book some unforgettable excursions! Your husband doesn't have to join for those either! Quote
