lauradionjones
Unfortunately, I have to board my service dog (medical heart condition) because service dogs are not allowed on cruises. if you’re allergic, or hate dogs, stay away from the dogs. Period. Stop taking away my rights & the rights of other handicapped people.
Cruising Caribbean
@lauradionjones I have had friends take service dogs on RCL cruises before. Did the line just change its policy? https://www.royalcaribbean.com/experience/accessible-cruising/service-animals Where did you source your information from? If you have a medical service animal you should be able to bring it onboard most sailings with proper documentation. I would try calling the cruise line directly if you haven't done so yet. It's not very difficult to get your service animal onboard, and I would hate for you to miss out on a cruise because of misinformation!
