The glitch last weekend cost us about $1100

Our carnival cruise on the Celebration, due to leave Sunday ( sept 24) disappeared … (reservation made through vacations to go .. since we had no access to Carnival’s sight ) The following day , the agent told us the reservation had vacated the system … finally, after speaking  to several Carnival agents the following day, our $50 plus tax and fees reservation did not exist … we ultimately had to settle for a trip on MSC leaving a week later … the cost was $1100 MORE  than the Carnival deal ( which by the way, included drinks and on board $$$.

there should be some type of compensation for us!!!🤪

So was that a vacay-to-go issue and not Carnivals fault?  Sounds like a vacay-that-went issue.

Really sorry to hear the bad news, headaches and extra cost, makes me so much more appreciative to have a CCL personal assistant for my cruises.

@Carnival glitch cost lots This is such a bummer! I wish you were able to book that steal of a cruise deal. The price, seemingly, was just too good to be true. These glitches affected many cruise guests! MSC Cruises is another great cruise line. Have you cruised with them in the past? Did you end up picking the same type of itinerary? Hopefully, it all turns into a better cruise than expected!
