Shirley Smith
First of all are we cruising still in November out of Galveston? What are the restrictions about taking the COVID test, where, when? Is it true that only vaccinated customers will be allowed on ship? How safe is it to be on a ship with COVID around? Can we move our cruise dates out further with no penalty? Thank you Shirley
Emrys
Hi @Shirley Smith, welcome to the new boards and thanks so much for posting! Carnival Cruise Line is still scheduled to be sailing from Galveston through November and well after that. Carnival Breeze, Carnival Vista and Carnival Dream are all operating from the port now. The COVID testing is the same with a negative test within two days before departure, which can be with a home test kit, a test site or pharmacy. You can find all the protocols right here: Have Fun. Be Safe. | COVID-19 Guest Protocols | Carnival Cruise Line Cruise ships are pretty safe to be honest, and the protocols in place are working. Carnival does have a cancellation policy here: Refund and Cancellation Policy for COVID-19 | Carnival Cruise Lines I hope that all helps for you Shirley. Do keep checking all the details from Carnival if you are cruising just in case anything changes.
Cindy Laux
Are there now covid testing sites offered at the Miami port? If so what is the cost?
Adam
I’m doing back-to-back cruises out of Port Canaveral; Mardi Gras followed by Magic. How am I supposed to get my Covid test before boarding the Magic immediately after disembarking the Mardi Gras?🤔
