First Time-What to expect? & One Cabin Available in group booking

I am going on my first NCL cruise and I'm wondering what it will be like in comparison to Carnival or MSC. What does the drink package not include and which specialty restaurants should I visit?  Also there is one balcony that someone backed out of still available if anyone is interested.

@Winter Traveler I think the experience will be pretty different. I would expect fewer families and possibly a slower crowd. The food will likely be about the same. What Carnival and MSC ships have you cruised on? What stateroom NCL type did you book? Which drink package did you book? The basic package doesn't include top-shelf liquors.
