That's a good idea, we should start a list to keep track. I know San Juan is closed if cruise ships can't comply with certain requirements. I think a lot depends on a ship by ship bases for many Caribbean ports.

I haven't heard anything at the moment. Each nation is different and protocols are constantly changing. Even if the CDC is not recommending to travel to a certain destination, cruises can still go.

Port Stanley, Falkland Islands recently reopened its port with new laws and MAJOR RESTRICTIONS. It is only open to ships no larger than 533 passengers, ship must be 14d into its sailing before docking there and have zero covid cases. This is 1 of only 4 or 5 ports of call on a 2 week Antarctica cruise.That bars all major cruise lines. But, 533 passengers is the largest of the expedition cruise ships. So they are not affected.
