Has anyone used the WiFi since Carnival has upgraded the old system?

@vacation3 I haven't used the new WiFi system onboard a Carnival Cruise Line ship yet, but I have heard really great things about speed! Do you plan to utilize Wifi onboard your next Carnival Cruise? I recommend the Starlink system, even if it's more costly than the standard option.

Not sure yet. I have to check out their different plans before I make a decisiion.

@vacation3 Go for the Starlink option! Especially if you have work to get done, or need things done quickly. If you just want leisurely browsing the basic package should do the trick. It really depends on what kind of internet speed you need to have.
