Perhaps the cruise line was doing some price adjustments or making changes on the website during this time you were on. Check again, and let me know if you are able to view them now. https://www.carnival.com/ From my understanding, Carnival Sunshine and Carnival Magic will still be cruising out of Norfolk, VA.
