No Refunds Posted January 7, 2022 Posted January 7, 2022 When Covid broke out with a cruise booked close to a year away I tried to cancel for a full refund and the only way I could get my $350 deposit was to book a new cruise.Norweigen was Great about refunds in full with no issues and at a closer embark date. This turned me off from Carnival forever. Chrystal Posted January 7, 2022 Posted January 7, 2022 As of last night, Carnival gave me 3 options. 1. Cancel my cruise and receive a full refund. 2. Cancel and get a FCC. 3. Switch cruise boats. All without any penalties. If you are having trouble calling Carnival, you can always punch the button to "cancel your cruise" and they will answer. 🙂 Hope this helps! Quote
