Poor customer service

I have cruised Carnival about 8 times and I am a stockholder in the company. We recently have had a major issue with taking a 3rd person on our next cruise and were grossly misled on information on the 3rd person. It led us to inform that additional passenger to cancel her trip with us. Upon calling customer care 3 times Carival would not take responsibility for their error. It was extremely hard getting a real person in customer care. Very poor customer care.  This will be my last Carnival cruise I will be purchasing and as soon as I stop losing .obey on their stocks I will be selling off my shares.
