Sara
It's not clear to me if cruise passengers who are arriving by ship (aka not flying in) and only disembarking for a day (really, part of a day) are required to fill out these forms / subject to entry requirements? Can someone help clarify? Valleyfore
No, those requirements don't apply to cruise ship passengers. I was just on a cruise with stops in St Thomas, St Maarten, ++++++ in December. The cruise line will handle all the port requirements and any changes that could potentially arise. You just need to pay attention to the daily information and any announcements while on board.
Emrys
Agree with @Valleyfore, just follow what the cruise lines require. They are in contact with the port authorities and have procedures in place with them.
