Activities under renovation

Hi Everyone!

Were currently booked to go on the Norwegian Escape Jan 3rd, and just received an email saying their sports complex and ropes course will all be under renovation. I was wondering does NCL offer compensation for these activities not being included in our cruise anymore? That along with the new mask mandates basically mean were going on a significantly different cruise than the one initially advertised. Or does anyone know if theyre offering refunds?

Hi @Jake, the cruise lines don't usually offer compensation for these type of things. I would be a little annoyed at that too, especially if they were features I was looking forward to enjoying.
