Hey @GLENE, Carnival doesn't often reveal capacity details of each sailing. There is no way to know really. You must be on the cruise now, so you could try asking at guest services.

I don't think NCL is following  70% capacity  rule & definitely not following  "mandatory  mask" ! The spas, bars, atrium, gangway for embarking & disembarking packed  like sardines, same  with  tables in restaurants  & pool chairs.  They are all setup right on top of each other. Nobody  monitoring  masks or pp in elevators, didn't see cleaning railings, door handles, elevators  buttons once in 5 days! Also employees touch  the eyes, face  & then mask & then ice or cup or plate. Didn't think very clean at all. & crowded
