Carnival Horizon

We went for a cruise for 8 days Nov 26-dec 4 2021 on carnival Horizon the ship is a version of the vista it’s had problems since it’s debut with the propulsion not fully working so it can only travel at 15nm which is slow we were supposed to stop at 4 ports but only stopped in 2 both of which there was a airport to fly a crew in to work on the issue (this ship has had this same issues as this it happened before Covid-19 & sat docked when thev had ample opportunity to get this resolved. I contacted carnival about the ports we paid to go to. The person who responded said you aren’t getting no money back. I would not recommend anyone to carnival this wasn’t our 1st cruise but our 7th & now our last.
