3Sisters Posted March 29, 2023 Posted March 29, 2023 (edited) One of Disney Cruise Line's new ships will homeport in Singapore for a minimum of five years! This will be the line's first Southeast Asian deployment, and it will begin sailing out of Singapore in 2025. Additionally, Disney Cruise Line is beginning to share more subtle info on another upcoming fleet member, Disney Treasure. This ship will begin cruising in about a year and Disney Cruise Line fans are getting pretty excited about all of the new expansions for the cruise line. Is anyone else excited about all of these new additions? Edited March 29, 2023 by 3Sisters Quote
Kendall James-Vargas Posted April 6, 2023 Posted April 6, 2023 I'm excited that Disney Cruise Line will be making a great long-term appearance in Singapore. It's going to really open up its market and expose so much more of the world to all that the cruise line has to offer. Disney Cruise Line is also going to have its Disney Band+ play a role onboard some cruises later this year. I actually have a Disney Band+ so this is very exciting news to me. All Disney fans all over are going to really appreciate this feature. Some of the highlights for the wearable band will include options to open your stateroom and even make payments with it. It's going to pretty much replace the stateroom card! Quote
Cruising Caribbean Posted April 10, 2023 Posted April 10, 2023 Disney Treasure is such an exciting ship! A "lucky coin" has recently been set underneath the keel of the ship during its keel laying ceremony in Papenburg, Germany. Disney Treasure will follow the launch of Disney Cruise Line's most recently built ship now cruising the seas, Disney Wish. The Grand Hall onboard the ship truly screams "Disney," with an immaculate fairy tale staircase featuring Aladdin-themed decor. https://disneycruise.disney.go.com/why-cruise-disney/treasure Quote
Kendall James-Vargas Posted April 19, 2023 Posted April 19, 2023 The bow design for Disney Treasure, Disney Wish's sister ship, has been revealed by Disney Cruise Line. The line teased more information on the ship in a "captain's log" video. Most of the ship's revealings have come in the form of a treasure hunt, very fitting for the name of the ship, Disney Treasure. It's quite exciting to follow along as the subliminal messages continue to unveil different features of Disney Treasure as the ship gets closer to its inaugural cruise sometime next year. Quote
