Non vaccinated children/ 12 and under/ excursion restrictions

Supposedly our ship is 95 % vaccinated....I am taking my two grandchildren 12 and 10 on the cruise with medical exemptions....how much restrictions will be put on these children when we reach a port? I and their Mother are fully vaccinated and I have had my booster...

Your grandchildren will not be allowed off the ship unless it is with a Bubble Tour/Excursion sponsered by Carnival or, at their private island. At least one adult has to participate in the Bubble Tour/Excursion with the children.
