What is the latest on Grand Cayman?  I heard that they were not even considering opening until at least January 2022 and maybe later.  I suspect that about half of that place doesn't even care if cruise ships ever stop there again due to reef damage considerations (like Key West) and to the fact they get plenty of other revenue from off shore banking and insurance operations. They are not so reliant on cruise traffic related revenue.

Hi @Donald, It's all very fluid with Grand Cayman, but there is hope that the island will begin to reopen soon. It was recently announced that the first cruise ship will visit the port on December 28, 2021. However, it doesn't mean all cruise ships are going to start sailing there.
