P&O Cruises' new ship, Ariva, has officially made its inaugural call in Port Castries, located in St. Lucia. This large LNG-powered ships has some really cool amenities! I would love to visit St. Lucia. Has anyone visited St. Lucia in the past? Apparently the area has 127 different kinds of bananas! Now that I am aware of this, I don't know if I could visit without a banana tasting.

St. Lucia is beautiful! I'm sure the guests onboard Ariva are enjoying their time. Hopefully some of the new crew members get to stop off and explore the port as well. A rainforest hiking tour of the vegetated land sounds unforgettable. Barre de L'Isle Reserve would likely be my top choice for hiking.
