Miranda Posted December 9, 2022 Posted December 9, 2022 This is the first time we have booked a cruise in over 10 years and they did not have Dr. Seuss Breakfast back then. I am bringing my children and I thought the breakfast was for everybody and not a special event. When I went to specialty dining, I realized it was sold out. I read somewhere that they have more spots available once you get on the cruise ship. Is that true? Or did I completely miss a wonderful opportunity? Thanks 1 Quote
Kendall James-Vargas Posted December 10, 2022 Posted December 10, 2022 I don't think you have lost out on this fun opportunity. Although I have not experienced the Dr. Seuss Breakfast before, the scheduling for this special event is based on each specific itinerary. Guests will be notified of the event date once onboard, and you should have ample time to solidify your reservation. The Dr. Seuss Breakfast does cost a nominal fee of $8 per child (under 2 are free) and $10 per adult. https://help.carnival.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1387/~/carnival’s-seuss-at-sea-program Quote
DeanneB Posted December 10, 2022 Posted December 10, 2022 @MirandaThere is a chance that more spots will be available once you are on board. You have to go to guest relations for a reservation. It is very popular themed breakfast, that back then they have 2 seating. Hopefully, they are just feeling out the crowd and adjust when more guests are asking for it. I really do hope you get a spot. I mean the whimsical breakfast can be exciting, especially for kids and adults who are fans. Quote
KristineF Posted December 10, 2022 Posted December 10, 2022 I have not had Dr Seuss breakfast, but from the photos is look wild!! I am a big fan! I admit I have not cruised CCL yet. I am newbie, My first was on RCCL, which was great. I'd have to be on that Carnival ship just to get that breakfast. 1 Quote
3Sisters Posted December 24, 2022 Posted December 24, 2022 @KristineFI haven't experienced this either, but it seems so cool. I think my kids would really enjoy it! The menu sounds delicious too. 1 Quote
