RCCL no refund no cruise

RCCL cancelled Nov/Dec 2019 cruises due to Covid and refused to issue refund. I paid a $500 deposit of which they took $250 snd gave a $250 for a future cruise that had to be booked by 2022. Yes Royal Caribbean did not sail but penalized me for them not sailing due to covid. Although I was a avid cruiser exclusive with Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, I will never ever sail on a Royal Caribbean ship ever again. A lousy, greedy cruise line.

Are you not able to use the cruise credit?  I am unsure of the rules here, but it looks like RCL should not take half of the deposit.  Was it the end of the line?  Did you try to negotiate?  I hope you still get to cruise or even get an obc.
