Independence of the Seas delayed Port re-entry

We were aboard The Royal Caribbean's Independence of the Seas that was delayed by a full day to await Port Canaveral's reopening after Hurricane/Tropical Storm Nicole.

We had to purchase a replacement flight for my wife to get home. There was an announcement that RC would compensate us for some portion of flight change expenses.

Who/how do we contact @RC to see if we can be compensated?
