Oasis and Liberty

Just left two cruises back to back. Must say RCL has gone down hill in two years. Staff was rude especially dining room. Oasis bathrooms were always dirty never being cleaned. LIBERTY!  What happened to Promenade activities?  Boring. Pool had a radio playing and no Caribbean music. Rotan is not a suggested port of call. Nassau is under construction. Not from hurricane they are rebuilding. Just two horrible weeks. Must move on.

Ouch, why oh why??  I hope this is temporary.  Are they still having staffing issues?  I guess they are short-staffed and overworked.  I honestly could not imagine them being rude.  I remember them being so nice.  That is the only explanation I can think of.

Just got off Oasis of the Seas Nov. 20th. Staff was excellent, friendly and remembered our names at Bars and restaurants. Did seem that the boat was under staffed but never notice bathrooms not clean. I'm sure after being shutdown for almost 2 years the company is trying to recoup some lost revenue. All the staff members we talked to were very friendly. Some people have a vibe they put out and get back what they put out, just saying. We had a great cruise and looking forward to Wonder of the Seas in April.

@Patriot67 It's refreshing to hear you had such a positive experience on your recent Oasis of the Seas cruise. Will this be your first cruise onboard Wonder of the Seas?

@Kim6203 I'm sad to hear you had such a negative experience on your back to back cruises. There have been so many changes since the pandemic, and it sounds like they are still working out some kinks as they return to a state of normalcy. I hope the next time you cruise you have a better experience than this one!
