@FJB Do you enjoy saunas? I love a deep sweat in the sauna! It can be quite relaxing. The SEA Thermal Suite has so many different amenities beyond fitness!

The thermal suite has heated tile loungers, a salt room, a float room, and even a steam room. If you haven't tried out any of these amenities, maybe you could on your upcoming sailing. It seems that there are plenty of relaxation options you could take advantage of. It even has a Rainfall Water Therapy Room. I haven't heard of such as thing until now. There's a first time for everything!
