Back to back cruises getting off another cruise line at the same port

Hi were getting off a different cruise line and going on NCL at the same port the same day we were told by NCL that we wouldn't need a second covid test that you will be testing at the port we checked before we booked for we only booked today we will be sailing on the 16th we saw you policy is changing on the 17th please can you clarify this for us we will have a test before our 1st cruise but it will be to far out.Thank You Carol Beesley
