Why haven’t the cruise lines updated there policies regarding Bermuda. Specifically Carnival

The effectivity of non-testing will be on October 25, 2022.  All Cruise travelers arriving October 25 2022 onwards will no longer require a pre-travel test, arrival test, or a day 4 test. Unvaccinated non-resident travelers will still be required to upload a valid proof of travel health insurance to enter Bermuda.  I think we can expect them to update their information as well.
