Looks like from this tracker that the existing princess cruise from new york to quebec city is missing at least 3 stops due to Fiona and maybe 4. What is princess doing to reimburse or offer alternatives?

Any info on the cruise leaving quebec city 9/30 and how if will be impacted, canceled, and how will passengers be reimbursed for not stopping at the ports?

Read your cruise contract relative to itinerary changes, you likely won't like the answer.

Safety is the foremost priority to cruise lines.  They reserve the right to cancel or substitute any scheduled port of call at any time and for any reason.  In this case, would be the obvious safety of the passenger because of the hurricane.  They will most likely refund the Taxes, Fees, and Port Expenses on the canceled ports.
