Items Cut from Seaday Brunch Menu

My wife and I just completed a 7-day cruise on the Vista (9/10-9/17/22).  We were surprised when we viewed the Seaday Brunch menu.  They cut out a number of items we liked to order and did not replace with any (just a shorter menu).  These included orange muffins, chia pudding, fritatas, pancetta scramble, and the signature bagel tower.  We decided against going to a brunch this cruise.

Menus do change.  I doubt they are saving a bunch of money by removing puddings.  Was it a popular menu?  They probably are planning to add something else.  It was just unfortunate that they did not replace one before removing them.  I have always loved the seafood tower.
