When can you make excursion reservations for  a booked cruise?

Well, you can book excursions as soon as you are paid in full and you are not looking to cancel.  I only book activities when I paid in full. I would also get travel insurance that covers a refund for cancellation on my cruise and excursions.  Some excursions are nonrefundable so you have asked about them.

You can check the app too to see which excursions are available for your specific cruise.
