Changes of ships due to speed restrictions

Why is this Maritime speed restriction only affecting Royal Caribbean ships? Haven't heard of any issues gor other cruise lines.

Apparently, the restriction on the speed limits is initiated by the IMO, International Maritime Organization to impose mandatory speed limits for ships as a way to reduce harmful emissions from shipping and to reduce the carbon footprint of the shipping industry.  So this should affect all cruises.  I think RCCL is the first to answer this call.  We can expect other companies to do the same.
