Princess cancelled 11 cruises due to staffing challenges

Princess cruises have canceled 11 cruises due to staffing issues.  They need time to address the problem and increase the level of their crew.  This seems to be an identical issue in Carnival Cruises.  Affected passengers are offered $100 OBC and replacement cruises departing from Los Angeles California rather then San Diego  https://www.cruisehive.com/princess-cruises-cancels-sailings-due-to-labor-challenges/78525
