Mardis Gras kids club

Hello,

We are booked on the Mardis Gras ship for a weeks cruise in October. On the carnival website it says we can sign up for kids club 90 days prior to sailing but there is no where on manage our booking to do this. We have called and tried to speak to someone but they didn’t know how to do it and we are still waiting a call back. Has anyone been able to do this at all that could help me please?

There is a big chance that the registration is overwhelmed.  It generally is when it just opened for sign-up.  What I do Is I do not rally with the crowd.  I'd wait for a bit then try again after a few days.  I would also chat with support.  I am pretty sure the phones are burning, I get help from chat.
