  1. I understand that they sent a letter notifying passengers of possible itinerary changes but that doesn't make it ok. I booked a cruise on the GEM last summer for the end of January. If they can't provide what I purchased then they should cancel the cruise or offer a refund. If I purched tickets to see Bruce Springsteen and he couldn't perform they aren't going to put Rick Springfield on the stage. They would refund everyone's money. I paid to visit certain islands. If we can't visit the islands I paid to see then they should offer my money back, not a cheesey credit and 10% off a future cruise. I got that last time they canceled and even with the 10% off and best price of the year it cost me more for the cruise. It's not fair! Also I think you can find out how many positive cases there are on a particular ship at the CDC website.
