Currently on board Caribbean Princess, speed has been limited due to "technical problems". Port calls still on but time on shore has been greatly reduced. Sitting near the stern there is a very noticeable shake, like a shaft or propeller being out of balance. Other than saying "technical difficulties" there has been no other description of the problem.
